Tunde Babalola
Discovery Airline under the management of its flamboyant Managing Director, Tunde Babalola had been battling some financial challenges, topping the list of the crises that rocked the company was its inability to pay the staffers over 7 months salary which finally led to the mass resignation of some key staffers of the airline.

Sources revealed that the company which was incorporated as a private limited liability company in 2008 could not sustain the tempo of its operation when it first started due to a misunderstanding between its Managing Director, Tunde Babalola and some of his backers.

The Airline’s boss is alleged of sidelining his backers who were angry with him and decided to pull back their funds.

Babalola’s efforts to get the support of some banks was unproductive based on his debt profile and funy attitude.

Insiders hinted that the Discovery Air MD is presently contemplating relocating abroad to start his life all over again.

The Airline boss whose company opened its Lagos-Port Harcourt route some weeks ago with a big slash in ticket fare once confirmed to an online news web site (not gogoonlineblogspot) stating ‘I will pack my bags and go back to the UK if the stress is too much’ when he was asked about the crisis rocking his company.
